Ananya Khera is the co-founder of Ditya Bakehouse, a boutique bakery based in Gurugram, which she established with her sister Anandita in 2020. The name "Ditya" means "answered prayer," reflecting their vision to create authentic, high-quality baked goods. Ananya's journey began during the COVID-19 pandemic when the bakery started as a home-based venture.
With a strong passion for baking, Ananya completed her culinary studies at IHM Aurangabad and gained experience through an internship at Taj Mansingh. Her desire to further enhance her expertise led her to specialize in patisserie and boulangerie at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu in London.
Ditya Bakehouse is known for its attention to detail and premium ingredients, offering a variety of desserts, cakes, and pastries. Ananya and her team strive for perfection in every bite, aiming to provide customers with a memorable culinary experience
